Help CenterThe Audit Trail will record all actions done in the program.
To access, click on Reports, Other Audit Trail.
You are able to search for specific clients/pets. You can search for employees. You can search for the action or module.
The list will display the date and time the action was performed, the module and action taken, what employee completed the action and record details. In this example, a groom appointment was added for Grace Street on 9/23 at 9:57am by user jpardue.
If there is a modify function done, you will see this plus sign. You can click here to expand the item to see what details were changed.
In this example, the daycare appointment was modified and a Daycare room (Board + Daycare) and an exercise (Cuddle Time All Day) was added.
