Bulk Actions allows users to send Daycare and Boarding report cards in one streamlined process by SMS/text or email. Users choose the appointment date, select the applicable module, decide which report cards to include based on entered data or images, preview the matching report cards, and then send them. After sending, the report icon on the client portal turns green to confirm the report card has been sent.

Click on Operations, Bulk Processing.
Click on Send Report Cards Now.
Date: Choose the date of the appointments
Module: Choose Boarding, Daycare or both
Any report cards with data entered: These are report cards created by an employee by opening the report card screen and checking boxes and adding text.
Any report cards with images: These are report cards created by tagging pets on images through the Media screen.
Send by: You can opt to send via SMS or email. There are also options to send by the other method if the preferred method doesn’t exist (the client doesn’t have a SMS number or email address).
Preview: This will load all report cards that fall match the settings and will be sent.
Send: Click to send the report cards.
Once the report cards have been sent, the report icon will update on the client portal to green to show that it’s been sent.

· Bulk Actions sends multiple Daycare and Boarding report cards at once.
· Report cards can be sent by SMS/text or email, with fallback options if a client is missing a preferred contact method.
· Users select the appointment date and choose Boarding, Daycare, or both.
· Report cards can be included when they contain employee-entered data or tagged images.
· The Preview option shows which report cards match the selected settings before sending.
· The Send option delivers the report cards and updates the client portal icon to green once complete.
