Clearing your Web Browser Cache

If you ever have any issues connecting to Live Access or Client Portal and you’re sure your username and password are correct OR if anything is not loading properly for you, you may have some bad data stuck your web browsers cache files. Here are some helpful links on clearing your browsers cache on both computer and mobile devices. Note that many browsers give you options on how far back to clear. We recommend starting with the smallest amount of time. Clear the cache, restart your browser and if still having an issue, clear the cache further back and repeat until there are no issues.

Be sure to read the options before pressing the “clear cache” button as you may want to save your usernames and passwords and other form data. We or your browser provider are not responsible for lost cache data.

Prior to clearing your cache, if you're on a Windows computer, open the browser and page you're having an issue with and on your keyboard press CTRL + F5 together. This does a hard refresh on your page and my fix the issue and prevent you from having to clear your cache.

Please note that these links belong to the web browser provider and may change at any time so they may or may not be correct.
