Cloud Subscription Set Up in Zoho CRM

After setting up the subscription in Zoho Billing, the CRM must be updated.

For Cloud:

- Tag the top with KC-CLOUD

- Click the Active box under Company Information. Select KC Cloud in the drop down.

- Under Subscription Details, select KC-Cloud for features in use.

- Leave pertinent notes.
