Custom Inventory Reports provide a detailed way to review and manage inventory by giving users oversight of inventory counts, costs, retail pricing, quantities, vendors, categories, expiration dates, and sales activity. Users can choose from preset reports or build a custom report by selecting specific data points to include. Reports can be printed or exported as PDF or Excel files, with Excel automatically used when more than 11 columns are selected.

Custom reports

Build your own custom report by choosing which data points should be included.  You can also click Select All or Deselect All.

Quick Tip! Building your own custom report gives you control over which data points to include to match your specific needs.  This helps reduce unnecessary information, makes reports easier to review and allows you to focus on inventory information that matter most to your business.

Note:  The PDF report can only include 11 columns.  Anything beyond 11 columns will be automatically exported as an Excel spreadsheet.
