Help CenterIf you are trying to print Reports>Revenue>Timesheet and Kennel Connection throws an error, that means there is a punch that is out of order with the in time after the out time. KC is not able to calculate it so it can't print the report
Please note: This can also be caused by the dates being out of order, i.e. you have a punch from 6/27 to 6/26 but it's most likely caused by the time being out of order.
To fix this, go to Setup>Employees, select an employee and go to their Time Cards tab. Adjust the Week Ending date at the top to get a list of punches for that week, then click the "..." menu button to the right of the time punch and select Modify.
Click on each employee and go through their punches.
You're looking for a punch that has a time such as punch in at 7pm and punch out at 4am.
Once you fix the punches so they are in the right order the report will print.
