Help CenterEnforcing operating hours helps prevent Grooming and Daycare appointments from being scheduled outside of your business's normal hours. This helps maintain an accurate schedule and reduces the need to manually correct appointment times.
Enabling Operating Hours
- Navigate to Setup > Business Info.
- Click the Operating Hours tab.
- Check the box labeled Enforce Operating Hours.
- Enter your business's operating hours for each day of the week.
💡 QUICK TIP: If your business closes during the day, you can configure both a First Open and Second Open time to accommodate split operating hours.
Scheduling Outside of Operating Hours
If an appointment is scheduled with an arrival time outside of your configured operating hours, Kennel Connection will display a warning message prompting you to choose a time within your business hours.
