Help CenterSettings are the same for all modules (Boarding, Grooming, Daycare, Special Services).
Options must be set for each location.
Clients can upload documents while making an Online Reservation.
To enable, click on Online Reservations, OLR Settings, module, Documents tab.
Add a message to explain what the upload links are to be used for.
There are two links to enable to use for multiple pet appointments.
Required – You can require that a client must upload a document. However, if the client cannot upload, they will not be able to complete making the OLR appointment. For those who require approval, the appointment will go to pending so that an employee can verify vaccine statuses before approving the appointment.
You can add an additional message and require that the client check a box to acknowledge your message.
