You can be notified via email when clients are requesting Online Reservations, uploading documents, cancelling appointments and so on.
Options must be added per location.

This is done under Online Reservations, OLR Settings, General tab, Email tab.
You can get an email notification to multiple email addresses. Add with a semi-colon between the addresses.
Pending appointments – When you require approval.
New appointments – When you do not require approval.
When clients upload documents through the portal.
When clients cancel appointments through the portal.
When an OLR appt is added to the waitlist.
When new clients and/or existing clients sign up for Client Portal.
You can also enable the welcome email that will send to new clients who sign up through the portal.
