Help CenterThe Run Glance provides several viewing options to help users monitor run occupancy and appointment details. Users can switch between Full, Compact, and Vacancies views depending on how much information they need, and they can also filter by module to focus on specific appointment types. In Full Day view, pets can be moved between runs for all or part of their stay, making the tool useful for both visibility and daily management.
The Run Glance is viewed by location.
The Run Glance is available under the Boarding and Daycare menu.
Note: Grooming appointments can be assigned to runs and will be included on the run glance.
Click on Boarding/Daycare, Run Glance.
There are different view options depending on the detail needed.
Full View by Week or Month
This view will display the pet name and a color indicator of appointment status.
Color code:
Additional information will display if you hover over the appointment.
Moving pets through the Run Glance
This option is available under the Full Day view.
Double click on the pet to be moved.
If there is more than one pet in the run, all pets will display and you can choose the pet(s) you wish to move.
If the pet is to be moved to a single run for the stay, click on the run number and it will be chosen for the entire date range.
Click Transfer to move the pet.
If the pet is to be moved to different runs for the stay, choose a run for each day of the stay and hit Transfer to move the pet.
Compact View by Week or Month
This view will show the run is occupied by displaying a gray box on that date.
If there is no number, this means there is one appointment/pet in that run.
It will display a number count if there is more than one appointment/pet in the run on that date.
Vacancies View by Week or Month
This view will list the number of runs for size and show how many runs of each size are available for the date.
In this example, Large has 14 runs.
On 6/14, 11 of those runs are available.
On 6/15, 10 of those runs are available.
On 6/16, 11 of those runs are available and so on.
Appointment information will display if you hover over the blue lines.
Run glance by module
You can choose a specific module to display. On the Compact and Full views, this will display only that module’s appointments.
For example, choosing Boarding will only display boarding appointments.
Choosing Daycare will only show Daycare appointments.
Choosing Grooming will only show Groom appointments.
On the Vacancies view, this will only display runs assigned to that module. However, it will show and include in count appointments from other modules.
In this case, there are Large runs that can be used for both daycare or boarding appointments. Even when sorting the Vacancies screen for the Boarding module, the available count will include daycare appointments and include that appointment information in the hover-over.

· Access Run Glance from the Boarding/Daycare menu.
· Choose from Full, Compact, or Vacancies views.
· Full View shows pet names and appointment status indicators.
· Hovering over appointments reveals additional details.
· In Full Day view, users can transfer pets between runs.
· Compact View shows occupancy with gray boxes and counts multiple appointments.
· Vacancies View displays open runs by size and date.
· Module filtering limits the display to specific appointment types.
