OLR - Appointment questions explained
**This document applies to each module.
Each module gives you the ability to add appointment questions into the booking wizard. You may choose to show these questions every time a customer makes a booking or only when a pet has it's first OLR booking.

Contract acceptance/terms answers are saved to the pet notes
