OLR Deposits

Settings are the same for each module (Boarding, Grooming, Daycare, Special Services).

 

You can require that a client leave a flat rate deposit on Online Reservation appointments.

NOTE:  If you require approval on appointments, the client needs to put a valid credit card on file.  The deposit will not be charged until the appointment is approved.

Click on Online Reservations, OLR Settings, module, Payment Settings.



For boarding, you can require just a single rate or charge the client the rate for each day of boarding (7 nights = 7x the deposit).

You can add a message that will display with the deposit message.

If you do not require approval on appointments, you can haave the appointment rejected or go to pending if the payment fails.

If a client books multiple pets, you can require the deposit one time or charge for each pet the client is booking (3 pets = 3x the deposit).
