Settings are the same for all modules (Boarding, Grooming, Daycare, Special Services)
You can have clients acknowledge that their pet has missing or expired vaccines. You also can have them provide updated dates, if desired.
To set your options, click on Online Reservations, OLR Settings, Customize Pages.

Scroll down to the Vaccinations section.
There are two ways to set this feature.
1 – Display missing or expired vaccinations and have the client check a box to acknowledge before they can continue with the appointment.
For users who do not require approval on OLR appointments, you have the appointment be made as normal, even if the pet has missing or expired vaccinations. Or you can have it go to a pending status so an employee can review before approving the appointment.

Require that the client provides updated dates for the vaccinations. Require they upload a vaccine record.

What your client sees:

Whenever the client provides vaccine dates, this must be accepted by an employee before it will update in the database. This is done under Online Reservations, Pending Appointments.
