Resetting Your Admin Password

If you've forgotten your KC Cloud admin password, you can reset it directly from the Staff Login page using the email address associated with the account.

Resetting Your Password

1. From the Staff Login page, click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address associated with the admin account.
3. Open the password reset email sent to that inbox.
4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
5. Return to the Staff Login page and log in using your new password.
   
   
   

🚨 IMPORTANT NOTE: It is highly recommended that access to the admin account and its associated email address be limited to the business owner and, if appropriate, trusted managers. Anyone with access to this email may be able to reset the admin password, and access to the admin account may allow employees to make important system changes without the owner or manager's knowledge.

💡 QUICK TIP: If you don't see the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another reset.
