<div><strong>Symptom:&nbsp;</strong>SMS messages are showing as outboxed in Live Access.</div>

<div><strong>Remedy:</strong>&nbsp;Go to Messaging&gt;SMS Settings in Live Access and click the Save Settings button in the upper right. If it shows a blue message in the lower right saying that settings were saved successfully, try messaging again.</div>
