SMS OVERVIEW
- The sales agent sends the SMS paperwork through the pipeline within the opportunity.
- Pricing is $30/mo Kennel Connection subscription and $20/mo plus tax billed by Axion.
- Four steps must be completed before sending the documents to Axion:
· Document SMS Packet
o Contains SMS Agreement, Axion Credit Card Authorization, Customer Contact Authority, SMS Subscription Agreement. 10DLC overview, and Completion Certificate
§ SMS Agreement: Customer fills out information, agrees to pricing, and provides their preferred area code.
§ Axion Credit Card Authorization: Customer provides payment method to be put on file with Axion, as Axion does their own billing.
§ Customer Contact Authority: Authorizes Axion and Software Connection to provide account information to each other and make changes to the account.
§ Subscription Agreement: Customer agrees to Software Connection setting up the SMS subscription on their behalf.
§ 10DLC Overview: Customer agrees to complete the 10DLC forms and acknowledges that the forms must be completed.
§ Completion Certificate: Provides signers information (like a DocuSign Certificate)
· 10DLC SMS Campaign Registration
· 10DLC SMS Brand Registration
· Privacy Form
o A photograph of the form posted in their facility must be submitted by them via ticket or email
- If any forms are missing, follow up with the sales agent and email the customer via ticket. Use the canned response for 10DLC. Note the CRM that we are waiting on customer for completed documents.
- When the documents are completed, update CRM and SMS spreadsheet HERE
- Email documents to Axion.
· billing@axionco.com . cc Ron, Carri and customer.
o Include SMS Agreement, Axion Credit Card Authorization, Customer Contact Authority, and photograph of privacy policy.
o Include in the email: Company name, contact name, phone number, email address and preferred area code. Axion will use this information to create their account.
o If the customer replies with changes or updates to their information, be sure they’ve cc’d Axion.
- Axion will reach out to the customer to introduce themselves, verify the information provided, and go over billing details. If they are unable to reach the customer, they will notify us via email.
- Axion will email the new SMS number when setup is completed.
- Start SMS subscription.
· We’re able to set up the subscription on the customer’s behalf because they’ve signed the Subscription Authorization form.
· Update the SMS spreadsheet HERE
· Update the CRM.
o Note the new SMS number and select “Two-Way SMS/MMS” under Add-On Subscriptions.
- Submit ticket to Support for setup.
· Note the new SMS number and any other pertinent information.
· Support will reach out for setup.
