Use company info from SMS Agreement and email address from SMS opportunity. Note date sent to Axion. I’ll put notes for myself under “received from Axion” (coupons, etc) and highlight it in yellow.
SEND TO AXION
Email billing@axion.co, and cc Ron, Carri, and customer. Attach SMS Agreement, Axion Credit Card Auth, Customer Contact Authority,, Privacy Policy and Privacy picture.
List in email: Company name, customer name, phone number, email address and preferred area code.
OPPORTUNITY
Update opportunity to “10DLC PENDING” and note that the documents have been sent to Axion.
