When a customer purchases a subscription, an email is sent to sales, support and Carri.

Search for the customer in Zoho billing using the customer's first and last name. If you're not able to find it, look up the first couple of words in the company name. You can also search the subscription #.
If the custom labels have entries (YES), that typically means the account is a duplicate. This is due to Zoho workflows attemping to match data with a current active account.

If there are duplicate accounts, merge them.
