Multi-Loc OLR Boarding Primary Services

Boarding Primary Services can be linked to Online Reservations, allowing clients to select the type of boarding service they would like when requesting an appointment online. This helps ensure the correct service, pricing, and billing structure are applied from the start, while giving clients a clearer understanding of the boarding options available. By presenting your boarding services during the reservation process, you can streamline appointment setup, reduce staff adjustments, and create a more customized booking experience.

Options need to be set for each location.

Adding OLR primary services

To setup your options, click on Online Reservations, OLR Settings, Boarding, Primary Services.

Click Add New Item.

Click Active box.

Important Note: Linked Item Is Required

The Linked Item field connects the Online Reservation option to the actual Boarding Primary Service used on appointments and invoices. If this is not selected correctly, the service will not be applied as expected.

Title/Description:  This is what your client sees and it can be anything you’d like.

Pet Type:  If you have a service that is specific to only cats or dogs, choose the pet type here.  If you have a service set to Dogs, then the service will not display for a cat owner making an OLR appt.  If the service can be given to all pets types, leave it blank.

Rate/Show Price:  Check this option if you’d like the rate to show in OLR.

Use the Order arrows to set the display order for OLR.
